We are looking for an AgenticAI Engineer to design and build agentic AI systems — multi-step, tool-using AI agents that automate workflows within the Linkfields platform.

About the Role

We are looking for an AgenticAI Engineer to design and build agentic AI systems — multi-step, tool-using AI agents that automate workflows within the Linkfields platform.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build agentic AI workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI or AutoGen.
Integrate LLMs with tools, APIs and business systems for autonomous task execution.
Define agent roles, planning/control-flow, memory management and guardrails.
Evaluate and iterate on agent reliability, accuracy and safety.
Collaborate with backend engineers to expose internal APIs as agent tools.
Monitor and debug agent behavior in production.
Work with the Prompt and Content Governance Analyst to enforce guardrails.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

4+ years of software engineering experience, including hands-on LLM/agent development.
Experience building agents with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or similar frameworks.
Strong Python skills.
Experience with API integration and tool/function-calling patterns.
Understanding of LLM orchestration, RAG and prompt engineering.

Good to Have

Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Experience with AWS Bedrock, OpenAI or Azure OpenAI.
Experience with vector databases.
Production LLMOps experience.
