About the Role

We are looking for an Automation Engineer to build intelligent process automation across internal and customer-facing workflows, reducing manual effort for store-agent and back-office tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Identify manual, repetitive business processes suitable for automation.
Build automation workflows using RPA/low-code tools or custom scripts integrated with platform APIs.
Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into automations where relevant.
Monitor and maintain automation reliability and error-handling.
Document automated processes and quantify time/ROI savings.
Collaborate with Business Analysts and Operations teams to prioritize automation opportunities.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

4+ years of hands-on automation experience.
Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate) or custom Python/Node automation.
Strong API integration skills.
Experience with workflow/orchestration tools.
Solid scripting skills.

Good to Have

Exposure to AI-assisted or agentic automation.
Telecom or retail back-office process experience.
Experience with low-code platforms.
