Join Intelicore Systems and lead the delivery of a high-impact enterprise client programme involving software applications, data platforms and artificial intelligence solutions.
You will coordinate business and technical teams throughout planning, design, development, testing, business acceptance, production deployment and operational handover.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise software, data and artificial intelligence projects.
You will ensure that projects remain aligned with business requirements, agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards while coordinating multidisciplinary teams from planning through production deployment and operational handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Own project planning, estimation, resource allocation, budgets, milestones and delivery reporting.
- Manage project scope, changes, risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate business analysts, solution architects, data engineers, machine learning engineers, application developers and testing teams.
- Guide project activities across requirements, solution design, development, integration and testing.
- Manage business acceptance and ensure that business owners approve deliverables and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate release planning and production go-live activities.
- Manage post-deployment stabilization and operational handover.
- Track project progress against agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards.
- Manage distributed delivery teams and external vendors.
- Communicate project status, risks, dependencies and delivery decisions to senior stakeholders.
- Maintain appropriate project governance and delivery documentation.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of relevant experience in software project management and enterprise technology delivery.
- Strong experience managing enterprise software-development projects through successful production deployment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage distributed teams and external vendors.
- Experience managing senior business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong project-planning, estimation, budgeting and resource-allocation skills.
- Experience managing scope changes, risks and cross-team dependencies.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary software, data and artificial intelligence teams.
- Understanding of business acceptance, release planning, production go-live and operational handover.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure-based projects.
- Familiarity with enterprise data platforms and artificial intelligence delivery.
- Experience working with Agile delivery practices.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and delivery-governance skills.
Good to Have
- Experience delivering Azure data-platform programmes.
- Experience delivering enterprise artificial intelligence or machine learning solutions.
- Experience coordinating projects involving Azure Databricks or Microsoft Fabric.
- Relevant project-management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or SAFe.
