We are looking for a Prompt and Content Governance Analyst to own the quality, consistency and compliance of prompts and AI-generated content across Linkfields’ GenAI features. The role builds and maintains the prompt library, evaluation rubrics and content guardrails that keep AI outputs accurate, on-brand and safe.

We are looking for a Prompt and Content Governance Analyst to own the quality, consistency and compliance of prompts and AI-generated content across Linkfields' GenAI features.

The role builds and maintains the prompt library, evaluation rubrics and content guardrails that keep AI outputs accurate, on-brand and safe.

Key Responsibilities

Design, maintain and version a prompt template library for product GenAI features.
Define content quality, brand and tone guidelines for AI-generated outputs.
Build evaluation rubrics and run regular QA reviews on model outputs.
Identify and flag hallucination, bias or policy-risk in AI outputs.
Work with AgenticAI and GenAI engineers to refine prompts based on evaluation findings.
Maintain a change log and approval trail for prompt updates.
Document approved use-cases, guardrails and escalation paths.
Support red-teaming and safety review of new AI features prior to release.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

4+ years of experience in prompt engineering, content QA or editorial roles.
Practical understanding of LLM behavior, prompt design and failure modes.
Ability to define and consistently apply evaluation rubrics.
Working understanding of AI safety and responsible-AI principles.
Excellent written English and strong attention to detail.
Hands-on comfort with LLM tools/playgrounds (ChatGPT, Claude or similar).

Good to Have

Experience with LLM evaluation frameworks (e.g., Ragas or similar).
Governance, risk or compliance background.
Exposure to agentic AI systems or MCP-based tooling.
Technical writing experience.
