Join Intelicore Systems and design a high-impact enterprise client solution that brings together applications, data platforms and artificial intelligence.
The programme includes revenue reconciliation, account prioritisation, agreement analysis and conversational collections. You will help integrate payment feeds, bank receipts, claims, document-processing services and existing case-management and collections systems using Microsoft Azure, Azure Databricks and Microsoft Fabric.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to design secure, scalable and production-ready enterprise solutions that integrate business applications, data platforms and artificial intelligence capabilities.
You will define the end-to-end architecture, integration patterns, data flows and technology choices, primarily using Microsoft Azure, Azure Databricks and Microsoft Fabric. You will guide multiple engineering teams from solution design through implementation and production deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise application, data and artificial intelligence capabilities.
- Define appropriate integration patterns, data flows and technology choices.
- Design solutions supporting revenue reconciliation, account prioritisation, agreement analysis and conversational collections.
- Design integrations with scheme payment feeds, bank receipts and claims systems.
- Integrate document-processing services with existing case-management and collections systems.
- Establish clear boundaries between deterministic business rules, predictive machine learning models and generative artificial intelligence.
- Incorporate specialist approval of extracted agreement terms into the solution design.
- Design consent controls and personal-data masking into application and artificial intelligence workflows.
- Include appropriate human escalation and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Ensure the architecture meets security, privacy and regulatory requirements.
- Address performance, availability, scalability, monitoring and operational-cost requirements.
- Create and maintain architecture documentation and technical specifications.
- Lead technical and architecture reviews.
- Assess and confirm production readiness.
- Guide application, data, machine learning, DevOps and testing teams through implementation.
- Support the solution through production deployment and operational handover.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of relevant experience in enterprise solution design, software architecture and cloud delivery.
- Strong experience designing secure and scalable enterprise solutions.
- Strong knowledge of application integration patterns and enterprise system interfaces.
- Strong data-modelling and data-flow design experience.
- Strong understanding of cloud security, identity, privacy and access-control requirements.
- Experience designing solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with enterprise data platforms.
- Experience guiding solutions from architecture through implementation and production deployment.
- Ability to define boundaries between business rules, predictive models and generative artificial intelligence.
- Experience addressing scalability, performance, availability, monitoring and operational costs.
- Ability to create clear architecture documentation and lead technical reviews.
- Proven ability to guide multiple multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Strong stakeholder communication and technical leadership skills.
Good to Have
- Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric.
- Experience designing enterprise artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions.
- Experience with document-processing and information-extraction platforms.
- Experience designing payment, banking, reconciliation or collections solutions.
- Knowledge of human-in-the-loop artificial intelligence workflows.
- Experience implementing consent controls and personal-data masking.
- Relevant Azure or enterprise architecture certification.
